COVID-19 Services Update

Now more than ever, our clients are relying on their computers. Whether its working from home, or homeschooling the kids, or having a social Zoom “happy hour”, your tech is how you stay in touch with the outside world! We are here to help and ensure that your devices are running smoothly.

We are attempting to solve as many issues as possible remotely. But not all issues can be solved this way. Our office is staffed every day from 9AM to 2PM for dropoffs; and we offer remote and on-site service from 8AM to 7PM, with more extended hours on an individualized basis.

Our staff is taking enhanced sanitary precautions. With the emergencies that cannot be solved remotely, all of our technicians are equipped with masks and gloves for onsite visits. In the office, all devices are thoroughly sanitized upon entering and departing. Some clients prefer to be contactless, leaving the devices right outside our office for a member of staff to grab. We have options to ensure that our clients remain safe and comfortable.
